Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on item size and weight.

Prices are for shipping to Australia and New Zealand only. Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight and we usually ship within 3-5 days. Sometimes delays can occur if the item is out of stock. If your item is on back order allow 5-21 days for shipment. Keep an eye on the specific product page for real time stock levels. Custom orders are welcomed and will be shipped 3-5 days after they have been made.

Delivery in Australia typically takes 2-5 working days. This does not include delivery to remote rural addresses in country areas, which have the same postcode as a township in the networks. We will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

Small packages ship in a small Australia Post Express Post satchel or cardboard roll. We ship medium packages in a Regular Express Post satchel or suitable cardboard roll. Please note that Australia Post requires a signature upon delivery (if sent registered – by request) for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given postal address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, or collection from your local Post Office.

Upon shipment you will be emailed an Order Tracking Number (tracked orders only). If you have any questions at all email us at any time.


International Shipping

We regret that at this time our online store is unable to accept orders from outside Australia and New Zealand. If you are located outside of this region please email us at hello@bandmstore.com.au and we can provide a shipping quote.


Unavailable Items

We do our best to make sure all items on the website are in-stock, if they’re unavailable for purchase it means we’ve sold out. Keep an eye on the site as new products and colours are being added all the time. We will notify you upon processing of your order if there will be any delays and we always make sure we present what is in stock on our products pages. We are under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified. Special orders are final sales.


Returns and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. If your package is damaged we are happy to replace it if we are notified of your intention to return damaged goods within 3 business days of delivery. Contact us with your name, address, order number and reason for return. Email us. We’ll take care of the return postage and the shipping of the replacement.

We do not do exchanges. Again, all sales are final. contact us if you have any questions or special circumstances.

If a refund is in order we will re-credit the original sum paid less any postal delivery costs.


Faulty Items

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault identified within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to wear and tear subsequent to receipt by the buyer will not be accepted as faulty.


Payment

We accept Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit (EFT). Payment is collected from your account upon immediate receipt of your order from our web store. If using PayPal to pay with credit card, all credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to B & M, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure B & M uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Colours

The felt in our photographs may not be the correct or accurate colour as colours vary monitor to monitor on the internet. We suggest purchasing a sample pack from B&M Felt for exact colour matching. Slight variations in actual felt colours may occur. More info on our wool felt can we seen here.
